~orientation day~

yesterday was the orientation day of my new school...dont know why but it feels great to go to school after holiday-ing for 2 months...i kinda feel excited...o yea my new school is in Ampang.the name--->ISKL (International School of Kuala Lumpur).It used to be a one-hour drive from my home but thanks to the highways I can get there in 30 mins.that gives me extra 30 mins of sleep...whoo~~ =>
As this is an international school i'm going to, there's got to be lots of 'ang mo's, that was what I thought at first. Instead, I saw many koreans and japaneses.I got to know a few friends yesterday,each from really different backgrounds.There's this girl named Swati from Nepal.She just arrived in M'sia on Sunday.There's this M'sian guy,Adam, who has been living in Doha fo the past few years and now,returning to M'sia.There's another Arabian(i think),Ameer.who has been living in Houston,California.All differerent people from all over the world.There was also this other girl(forgotten her name...lolz) who had been to 13 different schools since she started schooling.I guess one of her parents are diplomats or expatriates so she has to follow them wherever they go.
Why did I come to ISKL??well...i got the scholarship to do the IB(International Baccalaureate). it's a two-year course so i guess by the time i've graduated, you guys may already be in university.hmm...that means i'll be 20 when i get the IB diploma.Although it may be a long process,i'm sure i'll enjoy it.It's going to be a totally new experience.I get to learn a foreign language too...but I'm still choosing either French of Spanish...
Classes commence tomorrow...looking forward to them.

Chorus of Lenka's 'The Show'..You've probably have heard of this song tons of times on tv, in the recent TM advertisement.I liked this song the moment I heard it.who's Lenka?An Australian singer but before that she was an actress.yesterday, she had a mini autograph and singing session at one utama.I wanted to go but had some stuff to do.Instead, my bro took my place and got her autograph for me...lovely bro~~but he wouldn't let me post the photos he took...not just yet...maybe i might be able to persuade him....nyahnyah
